That’s right. Thanks to our simple online process, you can purchase a new boiler within minutes. By answering a few questions about the property on our journey, we’ll provide you with a list of boilers that are perfectly suitable.

You can look at the price for as long as you want, it’s not going to change. The price you see once you’re at the checkout is the price you pay. No hidden costs or any charges further down the line. We like to keep it simple and fair for customers, including letting agents.
3). Liaise with landlords and tenants.
Before and after you’ve bought from us, anything boiler related - we’ll be happy to to discuss with the property’s tenants and landlord for you. That means, if an issue arises - we’ll organise a time and date that best suits everyone.
4). Fast installation, within 24 hours (subject to availability).
To the surprise of most of our customers, we don’t actually do surveys. At BOXT we don’t mess you around and prolong the process any longer than it needs to be. Instead we ask you to send some pictures over which then get reviewed by our team of internal engineers - just to double check everything fits.
What that means for you is sooner and faster installation dates. If you book before 3pm, we’ll be able to fit the boiler for you the very next day (subject to availability).

6). Service plans.
If you didn’t already know, BOXT even carries out annual services. We have two service plans to choose from, the BOXT service or the Protect+ plan. Our service plan is an excellent way of spreading the cost of an annual service over a twelve month contract.

7). Excellent aftercare.
Once the installation is all done and dusted, we don’t just abandon you. Our customers receive one of the best after care services. Whenever your tenants spot a problem with their boiler, just let us know and we’ll send an engineer out as soon as we can.
8). Gas safety certificate for the boiler and hob (upon request).
The customer will receive a Gas safety certificate once their boiler has been installed and serviced. If you, the landlord, or the customer require a certificate for the hob then just let us know.
