Yes, you can pay the agreement off early at any point by paying off the outstanding balance plus a small amount of interest (where applicable). You will take full ownership of the equipment after this final payment. A specific early repayment figure can be provided by HomeServe Finance. Simply email the lender at [email protected]. Someone from HomeServe Finance will then be in touch to talk this through with you.

Cancellations & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your finance agreement. This right applies within 14 days from the date the agreement start date. You will still be in a contract of purchase for the goods. In the event that your finance agreement is cancelled after the installation is complete you will need to make alternative payment arrangements directly with BOXT Limited.

BOXT Limited acts as a credit broker and is not a lender. Any late or missed repayments may have serious consequences and your credit rating may be affected which could make it more difficult to obtain credit in the future.
