Quite possibly, 30% of problems require a simple fix such as topping up or resetting the boiler. Answer a few simple questions and we'll help you understand if you can fix it yourself without the need for a repair visit.

Will you really fix it for £89?

Yes, where a problem can be fixed without parts or by replacing simple parts that we carry in our vans, a repair will only cost you £89. You won’t pay until after your visit is signed off by our technical team.

If it’s a bigger job, can you still fix it?

Yes, we’ll give you a no obligation fixed price after your diagnosis, from the price list below. If we can get the part easily we can fix it straight away, else we’ll order it in and fix it as soon as it’s available.

We don't do scary price ranges or creep up the costs.

If it’s a bigger job requiring specific parts, we’ll give you a no obligation fixed price there & then to complete the job.
