11). We liaise with local letting agents.

12). Gas safety certificate for the boiler and hob upon request.

By law, you must have a Gas Safety certificate. Also known as a CP12, this is a visual inspection to check your systems are operating competently, that the pressure is at the correct level, and the gas is burning properly.

These are standards that should be adhered to when making any alterations to a building. At BOXT we submit your building control registration for you - saving you yet another job.

No need to arrange multiple property visits for surveys and quotes - we'll be there between 7:30 am and 9:30 am on your chosen installation day. For optimum convenience. 

15). Landlord home cover plans. 

We can also provide your property with an annual service. All you have to do is sign up to one of our landlord home cover plans, either the landlord service plan (£11.99 per month) or Landlord Protect+ plan (£24.99 per month). Both are on a 12 month contract and are paid via direct debit. 

Our Landlord service plan includes an annual service, a gas cooker and oven inspection, and the Landlord Gas Safety certificate. 

The Landlord Protect+ plan protects your property’s wider heating system. So whilst your manufacturer’s warranty covers any problems with your hot water or heating, the Landlord Protect+ plan covers repairs to your flue, radiators, pipework, etc. You also receive an annual service, landlord Gas Safety certificate, and a gas cooker and oven inspection.
