A Gas Safety Certificate
We'll store your boiler’s Gas Safety Certificate, also known as a Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12), in the BOXT App for your peace of mind. This document is required for all rental properties in the UK and remains valid for 12 months. During the inspection, we’ll also inspect any gas appliances in your tenanted property, including gas ovens, gas cookers and gas fires.
