BOXT x WFC Warm Wishes – 2024/2025
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the Warm Wishes Campaign ("Campaign") conducted by BOXT Limited (company number 08086606) of 3320 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Colton, Leeds, LS15 8ZB ("BOXT") in partnership with Watford Football Club (company number 00104194) of Vicarage Road Stadium, Vicarage Road, Watford Hertfordshire, WD18 0ER ("Watford FC"). By participating in the Campaign, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Promoter
1.1. The promoters of the Campaign are BOXT and Watford FC, collectively referred to as "The Promoter".
2. The Prize Draw
2.1. The Campaign involves a prize draw where selected Participants' wishes may be fulfilled.
2.2. The Promoter will select winning Entries based on creativity, feasibility, and alignment with the Campaign's spirit.
2.3. The Campaign is valid from 00:00:01 on 1st July 2026 to 23:59:59 on 3rd May 2027. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Participants can enter the Campaign by submitting their wishes through the provided Typeform link.
3.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. Eligibility
4.1. The Campaign is only open to residents in England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years or over, except: (i) employees of the Promoter or BOXT or either of their respective holding or subsidiary companies; (ii) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or BOXT or their respective holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or (iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above.
5. The Prize
5.1. The prize consists of the fulfillment of the selected wishes as described in the winning Entries.
5.2. The Promoter will only cover the direct expenses related to the fulfillment of the wish. Any additional costs, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, meals, and other incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5.3. The Promoter reserves the right to modify the nature of the prize if necessary.
5.4. There is no cash alternative for the Prize.
5.5. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
6. Selecting and Announcing Winners
6.1. Winners will be selected by a panel of judges from The Promoter based on the criteria outlined in Section 2.2.
6.2. The decision of The Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of winners.
6.3. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their Entry within will be notified via email within 5 days of the selection period or 5 days of the Campaign closing date.
6.4. Winners will be contacted directly by BOXT and/or Watford FC.
7. Delivery of the Prize
7.1. The Promoter will coordinate with the winners to arrange the fulfillment of their wishes.
7.2. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of notification, The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, their agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
8.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including those that may prevent a Participant from submitting an Entry.
9. Data Protection
9.1. By participating in the Campaign, Participants consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of their personal data by The Promoter as described in these Terms and Conditions.
9.2. Data provided via Typeform will be transferred to BOXT for the administration of the Campaign.
9.3. BOXT may share Participants' data with Watford FC for the purpose of selecting and fulfilling wishes.
9.4. The data may be used by the Promoter for marketing purposes, including sharing Participants' stories on social media, websites, and other promotional materials.
9.5. Participants may be contacted by the Promoter in relation to their Entry and to coordinate the fulfillment of selected wishes.
9.6. Participants have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data by contacting BOXT at [email protected].
9.7. BOXT may also use your personal information for marketing purposes, but only if you consented to this when you submitted your entry.
9.8. The Promoter may share your personal data with each other for the purposes described above. BOXT and Watford FC may also share the personal data with their respective agents, suppliers and any other third parties involved in the Campaign. However, BOXT and Watford FC will take steps to ensure that such third parties only use the personal data for the purposes described in this section.

10. Publicity
10.1. By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to participate in any publicity related to the Campaign, including the use of their name, likeness, and Entry by The Promoter across various media channels.
10.2. The Promoter may use Participants' Entries, in whole or in part, in promotional materials without further consent, notice, or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
11. General
11.1. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
11.2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11.3. The Promoter's decision on any aspect of the Campaign is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.4. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.5. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By submitting an Entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
