*Saving is calculated at the RRP of a Hive Thermostat Mini and Hive Hub (£149.00) with a Hive Pro Install (£109).

1. Promotion Period

   • The BOXT Free Hive Thermostat Mini promotion runs from 8th September 2025 10:00 to 8th December 2025 23:59. All orders must be placed during this period to qualify for the offer.

   • Purchases made outside this period will not qualify for the promotion.

   • Promotion is available on all BOXT new boiler fixed price orders and excludes any other products sold by BOXT. 

2. Eligibility

   • This promotion is open to residents of the UK who are 18 years of age or older.

   • Employees of BOXT Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate.

3. Free Hive Thermostat Mini offer

   • All customers who purchase a new boiler will be eligible to use the promo code to get a free Hive Thermostat Mini.

   • To benefit from the offer, the promo code FREEHIVEMINI must be used at checkout - the Hive Thermostat Mini will not be automatically added to the user’s basket.

   • The basket summary will not show the Hive Thermostat Mini as a line item, but will be manually added to the order after checkout, to replace the controls shown on the order summary, which by default will be the ESi Programmable Room Thermostat.

   • The offer is not combinable with any other promo or discount codes.

   • A "qualifying purchase" is defined as a purchase of any boiler from BOXT Ltd.

   • To use your Hive Thermostat Mini you will need an Internet connection (recommended 1.5Mbps or higher), an iOS or Android device running an up-to-date operating system, and the Hive app downloaded

4. Availability 

   • The free Hive Thermostat Mini promo code will be available to use on all boiler orders placed between 8th September 2025 and 8th December 2025.

5. Applicability

   • Discounts cannot be applied to orders or quotes placed prior to the promotion starting on the 8th September 2025.

6. Limitations

   • All offers are subject to availability. BOXT reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

   • The free Hive Thermostat Mini is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

   • In the event of a return or cancellation, the customer will not receive a refund for the value of the Hive Thermostat Mini.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

   • If you cancel or return an order that includes a free Hive Thermostat Mini, the value of the thermostat will not be refunded or replaced.

   • All refunds will be processed according to our standard refund policy, which can be found https://www.boxt.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. 

8. Statutory Rights

   • Your statutory rights are not affected by this offer.

9. Changes and Updates

   • BOXT reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, including the right to terminate or modify the promotion without notice.

    • BOXT Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged products once they have been delivered.
