1. This Promotion is available to customers aged 18 or over who purchased a Qualifying Product (defined below) By taking advantage of this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Employees (and their families or agents) of BOXT or any of its associated companies or anyone connected with the administration of the Promotion are not eligible.

2. The Promotion entitles the customer to a free Google Nest Mini (the “Gift”). There is a limit of one Gift per customer.

3. The promotional period will begin at 12.00 on 22/01/2025 and will end when our stock of gifts runs out (“the Promotional Period”). Gifts will be allocated on a “first come, first served basis”. Purchases after the Promotional Period will not be eligible to receive the Gift.

5. Purchase a Qualifying Product.  A Qualifying Product as defined as any new standard boiler purchase and Installation from BOXT; and

6. Enter the code “FREEGOOGLE MINI” at the point of purchasing the Qualifying Product.

7. This Promotion is not transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

9. The Gift will be packaged with the Qualifying Product and delivered to your Property.  BOXT accepts no responsibility for any loss, delay or damaged Gifts unless caused by its negligence.

10. BOXT shall not be responsible or liable for any expenses incurred over and above the Gift offered above and you participate in and uses the Gift at your own risk. BOXT takes no responsibility for the quality of the Gift and will not be liable for any returns or replacements.

11. BOXT will use any information which you provide or which we obtain from our dealings with you in accordance with its Privacy Policy and to administer the Promotion. BOXT’s Privacy Policy is available at https://www.boxt.co.uk/privacy-policy.

12. BOXT reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion at any time.

13. If any of these terms and conditions are found to be void or unenforceable, that term shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect. 

14. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
