Refer a Customer Scheme: Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Offer Details
   a. BOXT engineers are eligible to receive a referral reward of £200 for each new customer they refer, provided that:
   - The referred customer places a valid new order via the engineer’s unique referral link within 30 days.
   - The installation has been successfully completed and signed off by BOXT.
2. Referral Link
   a. Each engineer will receive a unique referral link via BOXT’s Engineer App.
   b. This link is used to track referrals and ensure accurate payment.
   c. You may share your link freely with potential customers, including on social media or personal websites.
3. Order Allocation
   a. Engineers may refer work to BOXT and choose whether they wish to complete the installation themselves or allow another BOXT engineer to carry out the work.
   b. The Referring Engineer will be automatically allocated their referred customers’ job, providing they can complete work in that area and their calendar is free on the chosen day. Otherwise, BOXT will source another engineer to perform the installation.
4. Payment Terms
   a. Payments for successful referrals will be made within 30 days of job completion and sign-off.
   b. Details regarding how payments are made will be shared once your first referred order is confirmed.
5. Order Cancellations
   If the referred order is cancelled for any reason before the installation is completed and signed off, no referral payment will be made.
6. Limitations and Rights
   a. This offer is valid only for new BOXT customers, and customers can use a referral link in conjunction with a promo code.
   b. BOXT reserves the right to amend or withdraw this scheme at any time without prior notice.

Refer an Engineer Scheme: Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   a. To qualify for BOXT’s Refer an Engineer scheme, the following conditions must be met:
   - The Referring engineer must have an ‘active’ status, and be able to accept and complete jobs on the BOXT platform.
   - The New Engineer must have five jobs marked as complete, audited and signed off by BOXT within 12 months of signing up, before the Referring Engineer receives their fee. If multiple engineers refer the same individual to BOXT, the reward will be given to the Referring engineer who’s email was received by BOXT first.
2. Referral Submission Process
   a. Prior to the New Engineer signing up to the platform, the Referrer must email [email protected] with: 
   - The New Engineer’s full name and email address
   - The Referrer’s unique reference number provided by BOXT.
3. Reward Payment
   a. The Referrer can recommend as many engineers as they wish, and will receive a £200 reward for each successful referral. The reward will be invoiced in the weekly payment run, in line with BOXT’s payment terms (as stated in the sign-up terms and conditions).
   b. The reward will be paid once the New Engineer has completed five (5) jobs to BOXT’s standards, providing they are completed within 12 months of joining the platform.
   c. Due to GDPR reasons, BOXT cannot share a referred engineer’s status or the number of jobs they have completed.

4. General Conditions
   a. BOXT reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral payments if any fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.
   b. Referral rewards are non-transferable and may be subject to applicable taxes and reporting obligations.
   c. BOXT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer an Engineer scheme at any time without prior notice.
   d. Participation in the scheme constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   e. Referral emails will be retained for 3 months before deletion, subject to the BOXT Privacy Policy.
