Ideal Boilers £100 Cashback Offer – Terms & Conditions

BOXT £100 Cashback Promotion (the ‘Promotion’).

The Promoter is BOXT Limited, company registered number 08086606.

Promotional period

  • BOXT’s £100 Cashback Promotion runs between 09:00am 3rd August 2026 and 23:59pm 9th August 2026 (‘Promotional Period’).
  • All qualifying orders must be placed during this period. Any purchases made outside of the Promotional Period will not qualify for cashback. A "qualifying order" is a fixed-price boiler installation order placed through BOXT.co.uk during the Promotional Period, which has been fully paid for or, if finance is involved, once finance approval has been completed and installation has taken place.

Eligibility and exclusions

  • This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, and applies to Ideal Logic and Ideal Logic Max boiler installation orders placed through BOXT.co.uk.
  • The Promotion excludes:
    • BOXT Life plans
    • Boiler repairs or servicing
    • Air conditioning, solar, battery storage, EV charger or heat pump products

Cashback offer

  • Any customer who makes a qualifying purchase of an Ideal Logic or Ideal Logic Max boiler is eligible to receive £100 cashback. Cashback is limited to one claim per household and installation address, and cannot be exchanged for any alternative product, discount or credit.
  • Cashback claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the cashback claim form link. Claims received after this period may not be accepted.

Payment of cashback

  • Cashback will be issued within 20 working days following a successful claim submission, via the original payment method used. If no suitable initial payment method was used, we will be in touch to discuss your cashback refund options.

  • All customers must complete a cashback request form. The email address used for your order must match the email address used in your cashback form.

  • BOXT is not responsible for cashback payments that cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

  • BOXT reserves the right to reject claims that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, duplicated or submitted otherwise than in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

  • BOXT reserves the right to substitute an alternative payment method where reasonably necessary.

  • Claims made through third parties, automated means or using multiple identities may be deemed invalid and BOXT reserves the right to verify eligibility and request additional information where reasonably required.

Combination with other offers

  • This offer can be used in conjunction with selected BOXT promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Cancellations and refunds

  • If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, or not completed for any reason, eligibility for cashback will be withdrawn.
  • Cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available except at BOXT’s sole discretion.

Availability and changes

  • BOXT reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • BOXT shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events outside its reasonable control.
