BOXT FREE BOILER SERVICE PROMOTION (the “Offer”)

Terms and conditions

Promoter: BOXT Ltd (CRN: 08086606) 3320 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Colton, Leeds LS15 8ZB (“BOXT”)

  1. By taking up the Offer, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (the (Terms and Conditions”).

  2. The Offer is open to residents of the UK who are 18 years of age or older.

  3. By using the promo code FREESERVICEPLAN you are signing up for a BOXT Boiler Service plan, and will be subject to our usual Terms and Conditions.

  4. The monthly price for the first 12 months of your contract is set to £0. After this, your contract will automatically renew at a cost of £8.99 a month for homeowners, or £11.99 a month for landlords, unless you contact us to cancel. We reserve the right to change the price of your contract after the initial free £0 month period, and will inform you of any price changes in writing as per the Service Plan terms and conditions.

  5. Your boiler service plan entitles you to one boiler service per year. We will contact you to let you know when your service is due with a booking link. 

  6. You will need to activate your free service plan within 30 days of your boiler installation, otherwise the offer will no longer be available. You will be unable to activate your service plan until after the boiler has been installed, and we will be in touch via email to let you know when you’re able to activate your plan. 

  7. The Offer is available from 00:00 on 1st February 2026 until 23:59 on 31st March 2026. Only boiler orders placed during this timeframe using the code FREESERVICEPLAN at checkout will be eligible for the promotion. 

  8. The Offer cannot be applied to orders placed prior to or after the Promotional Period.

  9. The offer is not compatible with any other promo or discount codes.

  10. The offer is limited to one use per household.

  11. The promotion does not apply to:

    1. Products not listed in the offer terms

    2. Clearance items, delivery or installation costs

  1. The Offer is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  2. In the event of an order being cancelled or returned, the customer will only receive a refund for the amount paid after the discount was applied. The promotional value will not be refunded or reissued. All refunds will be processed according to our standard refund policy, which can be found https://www.boxt.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.

  3. BOXT reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Offer at any time.

  4. If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be void or unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

  5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
