Here’s how it works...

Step 1: Send your friend the code "REFER50" via email with [email protected] copied in.  If you don't copy us in, we can't see that you've referred a friend! 

Step 2: Your friend can then purchase their new boiler, air conditioning unit, or electric vehicle charger using the code REFER50 at checkout, which will apply the £50 saving to their order. 

Step 3: Once your friend’s installation is all done, we’ll send you a £50 voucher to redeem at a selection of high street stores (or online)*.

What do I get for referring my friends?

For each new friend that makes their first purchase with us, you will receive £50 high street voucher via email.


What does my friend get?

We will treat your friend to £50 off their first purchase. They just need to use the voucher code REFER50 at the checkout. 



Terms and conditions

  • Offer is available online only at boxt.co.uk in the UK in areas where the referring person has already had a boiler, Air Conditioning unit or Electric Vehicle charger installed by BOXT.
  • Any referrals will be automatically voided if the referee decides to cancel their purchase from BOXT. The referral is only successful once the purchased is completed, installed and signed off by our specialist in-house technical team. 
  • The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
  • One discount code only per customer and per order.
  • Offer is valid on EV, AC, and Heating packages.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or change the offer at any time. 
  • If the referred customer does not use 'REFER50' at checkout, at the time of purchase, this will automatically void the referral and neither customer will be entitled to the £50 voucher / discount. BOXT will not issue any discounts or vouchers retrospectively. 
  • Your gift voucher will be sent to you by email within 4 weeks of your friends BOXT purchase being installed. During busy periods, this may take longer. 
  • All vouchers are sent via email, BOXT do not have the facility to send any vouchers via post. 
  • Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon using the refer a friend scheme.

  • BOXT reserve the right to change these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so. We reserve the right to remove or amend this promotion at any time. The decision made by BOXT is final in every instance.

  • This promotion is governed by English Law and customers submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
