How much is a boiler service?

A gas boiler service from BOXT is £8.99 per month for homeowners, or £11.99 a month for a landlord service, so you can keep your boiler in top shape while spreading the cost throughout the year.

What's included in a boiler service?

Your Gas Safe registered engineer will follow a comprehensive Heating and Hot Water Industry Council (HHIC) checklist to make sure everything has been tested and is working well. This includes:

  • A visual inspection of the boiler
  • Operation, control and safety checks
  • Combustion performance of flue gases
  • Stripping and cleaning the main boiler components where necessary
  • Making a record of each test
  • Ensuring the boiler is safe for use

If you're a landlord we'll also provide all the necessary paperwork including the Gas Safety certificate.
