Before Your Installation
If you or a member of your household is suffering from COVID19 or self isolating when you are due to have your installation, please just let us know either by calling 0800 193 7777 or use our LiveChat and our team will happily re-arrange your installation day.
Our engineers will take every precaution to ensure that everyone is kept safe whilst they are working within your property. If you have any additional concerns or requests for our engineers to adhere to, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate those for you.
Minimising the chance of spreading.
We designed the BOXT experience so that we don’t need to visit your home to provide a quote which means our engineers only visit your home when they arrive to carry out your installation. Our approach is highly beneficial in the current circumstances as it reduces the number of people entering your home and limits the potential of infection.
