We’ve made this as easy as possible for you. Both plans are paid by a monthly direct debit spread over twelve months, so you don’t have to worry about paying the full amount in bulk as you do with other boiler servicing. It’s our way of ensuring that your boiler warranty remains valid and for you to receive your Gas Safe certificate.
BOXT Service Plan.
In the past, it was always a bit of a pain remembering to get your annual service booked. This is especially important as undertaking an annual service keeps your boiler warranty valid.
That’s why when you choose our BOXT service plan, you’ll no longer need to worry about finding someone to service your boiler for you and paying the full cost all at once. Instead, you’re able to pay over a twelve month contract. From just £7.99 per month, you’ll receive your annual service and a Gas Safe certificate. Then, when you're due an annual service, we’ll contact you one month before the anniversary of your installation to arrange a time and date that’s best for you.
This is a popular choice for our customers as it provides them with that extra bit of protection. If you do experience issues with your heating system in the future, Protect+ will have you fully covered for almost any scenario. Whilst your boiler warranty covers your boiler, Protect+ covers your wider heating system. This includes: repairs to flue, radiators, controls, and any pipework.
Who knows what’ll happen to your heating system during those cold winter months? If you experience any problems with your radiators, or maybe your thermostat plays up again. Not to worry, our Protect+ plan will have you covered. All you have to do is let us know and we’ll come and fix it for you. Keep your home warm, with BOXT.
Sign up to Protect+ you’ll even receive unlimited free call outs. That means if you notice something that isn’t quite right, we’ll send an engineer to come and take a look at it for you - as soon as possible. All that, from just £17.99 a month.
I’ve paid for my monthly subscription, what happens next?
Once you’ve paid for your subscription, we do the rest. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your policy documents explaining the details of your chosen cover plan. Afterwards, we contact you around one month before we think your annual service is due to discuss a date that you’d be available on. It couldn’t be easier.
The Protect+ and home cover plan is exclusive to BOXT customers, which means you’ll be able to sign up as soon as we have installed your new boiler for you. Just give us a call on 0800 193 7777 and we’ll get you set up straight away.
